Managing Partner
ATTY. RUTHWIN M. TRINIDAD, J.D.
Atty. Ruthwin M. Trinidad, J.D. is a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar Association, a practicing lawyer with a Juris Doctor degree, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management from the University of the East–Manila and her Juris Doctor degree from Far Eastern University–Makati.
She also successfully completed the two-year Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management at the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPaCE), a PRC-accredited program conducted in collaboration with the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA).
This program provided her with rigorous and comprehensive training in real estate law, marketing, finance, planning, development, and property management.
For more than twenty-two (22) years, Atty. Trinidad has been assisting individuals and corporations with their diverse real estate and legal needs.
As a litigator with extensive expertise in real estate practice, she understands property not only from the legal perspective but also from the practical, everyday challenges faced by buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.

Atty. Abella is a seasoned litigator with over twenty (20) years of legal experience, combining extensive courtroom practice with a strong background in corporate, labor, and real estate law.
Before joining Ranillo Trinidad & Partners Law Firm as a full-time lawyer, she spent 15 years in a corporate setting, where she handled labor relations, employment disputes, and real estate transactions for various organizations. Her comprehensive understanding of both legal and
business processes enables her to deliver effective and pragmatic solutions to clients.
She has also managed legal affairs for several security agencies, overseeing compliance and employment matters involving over one hundred personnel.
In addition to her litigation and corporate practice, Atty. Abella has been a Notary Public for more than ten (10) years, known for her professionalism and legal accuracy.

ATTY. GERALDINE C. RANILLO
Atty. Ranillo is a litigator with over twenty (20) years of extensive experience in handling civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative litigation, including criminal prosecution.
She has built a respected career through her dedication to justice, strong courtroom presence, and practical problem-solving skills, making her a trusted advocate in both trial and appellate practice.
In addition to her role as a Partner at Ranillo Trinidad & Partners Law Firm, she maintains her own legal practice located at G/F, PAFCPIC Building, 11 Bayani Road, Taguig City.
Atty. Ranillo is also a trusted Notary Public, known for her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering adherence to the ethical standards of the legal profession.
